Calaroga Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Replacement project generally consists of replacing the existing aging pump station with a 0.06 MGD firm capacity with a larger 0.19 MGD firm capacity pump station.  The project will bring the existing station out the floodplain, adjacent to the roadway for easier maintenance access.  To do this a series of tall gabion retaining walls will need to be constructed around the new pump station location.  The project is located in a residential neighborhood where access is limited.  The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $2,108,716.

The project plans, specifications and contract provisions may be reviewed at no cost through the City of West Linn’s website at http://bids.westlinnoregon.gov/ .  Prospective bidders much be registered with the City’s bid management website and be added to the plan holders list to access bid materials.

If you wish to receive any future addendums for this project please login to the City’s bid management website and add your company to the plan holders list. Questions may also be submitted through the website.

The City shall consider no bid unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor Board and the bidder has complied with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements.
