CITY OF WEST LINN, OREGON
ROBINWOOD STATION REMODEL (BD1822)
Bids due 2:00 PM, February 23, 2022
Sealed bids for the Robinwood Station Improvement Project will be received by Dylan Digby, Assistant to the City Manager, at West Linn City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon, 97068 until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 23, 2022 when bids shall be publicly opened and read. Bids received after 2:00 PM on said day will not be considered. First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms shall be submitted not later than 4:00 PM on the same day. Bids shall be clearly marked “Robinwood Station Improvement Project” Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days following bid opening. Pre-bid meetings will be held at 10am and 11am on February 2 and 3, by appointment, at Robinwood Station. Statements made by the City’s representatives at the pre-bid meeting are not binding upon the City unless confirmed by written addendum. This project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
This project generally consists of building remodeling and site work improvements, including utility work, concrete, demolition, framing, masonry, carpentry, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
The project plans, specifications and contract provisions may be reviewed at no cost here through the City of West Linn’s website at http://bids.westlinnoregon.gov/ or paper copies may be obtained through the City of West Linn Parks Department at 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, (503)557-4700, at a cost of $25.00 per set. If you wish to receive any future addendums for this project please login to the City’s bid management website and add your company to the plan holders list. Questions may also be submitted through the website.
The City shall consider no bid unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor Board and the bidder has complied with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. The City of West Linn reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to postpone the award for 90 days, to delete certain items from the proposal, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
