- Construction is estimated at 12-18 months and will be determined with the development of construction bid documents and contract award. - Draft site plan and grading sheets have been uploaded. No floor plans will be provided as they are still in development and are subject to change. No provided site plan or grading documents are considered final and are for conceptual reference only.
