Pimlico Drive Sidewalk Ramp Replacement Project
The City has allocated $45,000.00 for this project and is seeking quotes to retrofit “High Priority” sidewalk
ramps along Pimlico Drive as shown in the attached map. Contract will be awarded to the lowest Total Price
The City of West Linn is seeking bids from contractors for the following:
• Remove existing sidewalk and curb
• Install new sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, and curb and gutter
• Install truncated domes on new surfaces
• Landscape restoration, such as seeding lawn and restoring mulch, for areas adjacent to the work
area that are disturbed during construction
