Field's Bridge Park Permeable Paver Parking Lot Project

Sealed bids for the Field's Bridge Park Permeable Paver Parking Lot Project at 821 Willamete Falls Drive in the City of West Linn, Clackamas County, Oregon, will be received by Mike Perkins, Park Development Coordinator at City Hall, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon, 97068 (Telephone 503-723-2554 Fax 503-656-4106) until 2:00 PM, April 17th, 2014, after which time, the bids shall be publicly opened and read. Bids received after 2:00 PM will not be considered.
First Tier Subcontractors Disclosure forms shall be submitted not later than 4:00 PM, April 17th, 2014. Bids shall be clearly marked 'Field's Bridge Park Permeable Paver Parking Lot Project'.
The project is a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis-Bacon Act, 41 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148.
Work generally consists of laying approximately 14000 square feet of permeable pavers for a parking lot. Includes installation of aggregate leveling course and paver installation. The contract work must be completed 30 days after notice to proceed. The Approximate budget range for this project is $75,000-$125,000. Alternatives will be decided based on the available funds and the lowest bidders.
The project plans, specifications and proposed contract provisions may be reviewed at no cost through the City of West Linn’s website at http://westlinnoregon.gov/rfps or obtained through the City of West Linn Parks Department located at 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon. .
All bidders must submit the attached Three Year Experience form or be pre-qualified with the State of Oregon – Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).
